Magical Tours "Disney VIP Tour" Benefits
Get More FastPasses to Skip More Lines – Disney’s new electronic FastPasses system comes saddled with all kinds of new rules and complications, however we have been working with it since its conception. We know how to manipulate the system to get you the best available FastPasses with the best available return times – plus our Disney VIP Tour Guides know how to stack your FastPasses as much as possible, allowing you to get the maximum number of FastPasses at the parks!
Shorter Wait Times for Rides – you can't FastPass every ride in the parks, but since our Disney VIP Tour Guides knowing how to circumvent the crowds so you can visit the rides in the best order, and at the best time of the day to avoid their longest lines, you can save hours of time most families will end up wasting while waiting in long, hot, crowded lines!
No Confusion or Stress – let’s be honest, when most families go to a theme park, everyone has their own idea of what they want to do and where they want to go. As a result, most families stress out, wasting hours of time just spinning their wheels getting nowhere, while trying to decide on simply what to do, where to go, and how to find it on the map. This will never happen to you on our Disney VIP Tours – we take your hand and get you to the right rides, at the right times, to make sure everyone in your family has a great time!
Maximum Efficiency – our Disney VIP Tour Guides know all the shortcuts, all the tricks, and all the insider information that you won’t find in anyone’s official (or unofficial) guidebook! You won’t need a map, you won’t need to worry about show times, you won’t need to worry about parade routes – you won’t need to worry about anything!
What to Expect on a Magical Tours "Disney VIP Tour"
We Start Early - our Disney VIP Tour Guides will meet you at the front gate of the park. Of course, to help you get ahead of the crowds, and stay ahead of them, we start all of our Disney VIP Tours as soon as the parks open for general admission in the mornings (usually around 9 AM). Our Disney VIP Tour Guides can usually get more done in the first few hours of the morning than most families can do all day on their own!
Lots of Rides and Shows with a Quick Break for Lunch - we recommend keeping your morning and early afternoon free (no reservations for breakfast or lunch) so our Disney VIP Tour Guides can maximize your time and keep you ahead of the crowds for as long as possible. Stopping for long breaks or meals will put you behind the crowds, so we recommend just a quick counter-service lunch during your Disney VIP Tour.
2 to 3 Times as Much Fun - our Disney VIP Tour Guides know how to not only maximize your time, but also how to maximize your fun! By efficiently navigating you through the parks, and helping you to avoid many of the long lines, your family will easily enjoy 2 to 3 times as many rides and shows as most families ever could do on their own!
Book Your Magical Tours "Disney VIP Tour"
Schedule Your Disney VIP Tour as Soon as You Can - guests staying on property can start scheduling their FastPasses as far as 60 days before their visit. Guests staying off-property can schedule theirs up to 30 days ahead of time. The trick is that there are a finite number of FastPasses per ride, per day, and the FastPasses for the most popular rides disappear quick. For this reason we highly recommend you book your Disney VIP Tour as far in advance as possible so that our Disney VIP Tour Guides can get you the best FastPass selections available for your visit.
More Tours = More Vacation Time - scheduling one Disney VIP Tour at a single Disney park will save you hours of time. Letting us give your tours of all 4 of the Disney theme parks will save you days of time! What could your family do with a free day or two of vacation?
Call Us to Book - once you know your dates and which parks you would like to tour, call us at (850) 559 1031 to schedule your Disney VIP Tour!

Magical Tours "Disney VIP Tour" Terms and Policies
Magical Tours has no control over the weather or any theme park management. Should poor weather conditions cause any of the theme parks to close certain attractions, entire areas of the property, or the parks, themselves, Magical Tours cannot be held accountable for their actions. Refunds are not issued for poor weather and rescheduling due to poor weather may not always be possible.
Magical Tours cannot be held accountable for missing or stolen merchandise while on theme park property during a tour. Guests are responsible for seeing to their own property during a tour, even when asking one of their Magical Tours guides to handle that property for short periods of time, such as when the guests are enjoying an attraction that does not permit or accommodate them taking their property with them.
All guests attending the tour must be 18 years of age or older, or, accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Magical Tours guides cannot be held responsible for overseeing anyone less than 18 years of age at any time during the tour. Guides may be available to sit with a minor who chooses not to enjoy an attraction, however guides cannot be held responsible for the actions of the minor during that time.
Magical Tours cannot be held accountable for the actions or safety of any guest at any theme park during a tour. If at any time, should any Magical Tours guest willingly or knowingly violate any safety rules or regulations as set forth by the theme park’s management, the tour will immediately be terminated with no refund issued. Any remaining days left to that tour (paid for on the same invoice) will be cancelled also with no refund issued. We are very sorry for having to enforce this strict policy however our guest’s safety is our number one concern.
All cancellations must be made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of your tour to be eligible for a refund (minus a small book keeping and planning fee equal to10% of the tour cost). Cancellations done in less time will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds are given for any VIP Tours booked on days marked above as a "Holiday" (marked in red on calendar). Should a guest ‘no show’ for a tour, it will be handled as a cancellation with no refund issued. If you believe you are going to be late for your tour, please call the tour guide assigned to you before the time your tour is scheduled to begin to avoid having your tour cancelled (their phone number will be given to you with your meeting information and they will be available 24 hours a day).
The cost of a Magical Tour covers only the tour itself. Guests are responsible for park admission tickets, food, souvenirs, or any other expense they incur during the tour.
Guests who make reservations for shows, meals or other activities that take place on the same day as their tour are responsible for paying for and attending those activities themselves. Many theme park reservations made using a credit card to hold the reservation require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel to avoid being charged. Magical Tours cannot be held accountable for charges made to your credit card in the event that you do not keep your reservation times for said activities. Please be very clear with your tour guide concerning your reservations so that they can help you accommodate them in a timely manner.
In order to keep your wait times as little as possible it is very important that you show up promptly for your tour and are ready to begin when the park opens, that you refrain from scheduling any reservations (meals, shows or other activities) to take place during your tour time and that you follow all of your guide’s advice during the day. Failure to follow these guidelines will mean longer wait times throughout the entire day. Magical Tours does not, and cannot, guarantee that you will not have to wait in any lines. However, if you follow the guidelines listed above, we promise that your wait times will be as little and few as possible.
